Anna is Financial & Strategy Advisor, Owner of Anirva International Strategic Advisors Ltd.

Anna has over 20-year experience in investment banking, having started as a financial analyst at Citibank and subsequently held various positions at the investment arms of HSBC and Emporiki Bank in Greece and the corporate finance department of Deloitte & Touche. Over these years, she developed expertise in M&As, IPOs, privatisations, identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and financial planning.

Since 2005, she is financial and strategy advisor to CEOs, funds, investors, consulting inter alia on formulation and evaluation of business strategy issues, identification and evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers & acquisitions. Anna is also involved in numerous venture capital and private equity transactions, being responsible for capital raising and formulation of business plans, while also acts as a strategic advisor to the founders/shareholders. Furthermore, from 2008, Anna has developed expertise in international business networking, issues management and international business affairs.

Anna holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (Chicago Booth, major: Finance) and a B.A. in Economics (major: Economic Analysis) from the Athens University of Economics and Business (ex ASOEE), in which she entered and graduated as the highest-ranking student in Greece. She has also been awarded various merit-based scholarships, including a Fulbright Scholarship.

Maria Christina Griva is the Senior Director of Communication at LAMDA Development, since 2003. She leads the communication strategy for LAMDA investment portfolio, including the urban regeneration project of The Ellinikon, which has been undertaken by the company. She has extensive experience in the areas of strategic communication, corporate reputation, crisis management, implementation of corporate social responsibility initiatives, Media relations, social groups and local communities’ engagement. She has worked, among other, at the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE), in the field of European relations, as well at the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. She is a graduate of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, with postgraduate studies in International Relations and Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate Institute of Geneva and ALBA Business School, respectively. She is a member of the Board of Directors of French-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Industry and an active member at organizations (Junior Achievement, EACD, ICSC) and NGOs.

Kenny is a senior real estate executive with over 32 years of experience in the real estate industry with significant experience in real estate investment, finance, development and management in the UK, Greece, and Cyprus.

He has held senior executive positions in Greek real estate companies and financial institutions. CEO of three regulated REICs and the head of the Greek branch of Eurohypo, a German real estate lender. Earlier in his career, Kenny worked at Emporiki Bank as the Head of Emporiki Real Estate, at Piraeus Bank Real Estate as Commercial Director, at Athens International Airport as Project Manager of Real Estate and DTZ in London, a major international firm of property advisors.

He is currently Partner, Deal Advisory, Real Estate at KPMG Greece.

He holds a BSc in Urban Estate Management (University of Westminster) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 1993. He is an Assessor in the Investment & Finance Division of the RICS and held the position of Chairman of RICS Hellas between 2003-2007.

Ο κ. Ριχάρδος Λαμπίρης διαθέτει εμπειρία άνω των 23 ετών στον τραπεζικό χώρο και τον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα. Είναι μέλος του Δ.Σ. της Τράπεζας Αττικής από τον Ιούνιο του 2023 και μέλος της Επιτροπής ανάδειξης υποψηφίων μελών Δ.Σ. και αποδοχών. Έχοντας εργαστεί αρχικά στη Rockwell Golde στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, στράφηκε στην επιχειρηματική και επενδυτική τραπεζική (αρχικά στην EFG Telesis Finance και, στη συνέχεια, στην HSBC Bank plc.), καλύπτοντας από διευθυντικές θέσεις ένα ευρύ φάσμα κλάδων και προϊόντων, στις αγορές της Ελλάδας, της Κύπρου και της Νοτιοανατολικής Ευρώπης. Από το 2017 έως και το 2021, διετέλεσε αρχικά Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος αλλά και στη συνέχεια και Προέδρος του ΤΑΙΠΕΔ, όπου εργάστηκε μεθοδικά για την εξυγίανση του χαρτοφυλακίου του οργανισμού και ολοκλήρωσε μεγάλο αριθμό πολύ σημαντικών ιδιωτικοποιήσεων. Κατείχε τη θέση του Προέδρου του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της εταιρείας «Διεθνής Αερολιμένας Αθηνών Α.Ε.» από το Σεπτέμβριο του 2021 μέχρι και την επιτυχήμενη εισαγωγή της εταιρείας στο Χ.Α. τον Ιανουάριο του 2024. Ο κ. Ριχάρδος Λαμπίρης σπούδασε ηλεκτρονικός μηχανικός στο πανεπιστήμιο του Sussex (BEng) και είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου MSc. in Project Management από το πανεπιστήμιο του Birmingham. Είναι, επίσης, κάτοχος MSc. in International Trade, Transport and Finance από το City University (CASS) της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας.
